I love LaCie wheels. I've bought several over the years including 3 different raid drives. I purchased a LaCie 2Big Dock Raid Thunderbolt3 20TB drive on May 29th. Today is August 14th and the drive is not working. If it worked, it was a good ride. There are no complaints. I've spent more time with our LaCie Technical Support to no avail. They will send me a new case. They say the disks should be fine. Unfortunately they have no idea when to send me an attachment as they have nothing to send. So, I have a very expensive stone left. I don't think I'll be buying any more LaCie discs.
