firstly this is the first bra that fits me, me got 40g and the strap is a little more elastic than I thought so don't oversize the strap! the cup was in place and it holds them very well, this is my first bra in about 5 years, I wear sports bras and I have to say it's very comfortable for a bra, it doesn't dig into my underbust area, the underwire is on the side doesn't protrude into my shoulder straps which are really adjustable for petite women. It's a must have and hard to find and so comfortable I can wear it for 9 hours at work. minuses. no pads, which means everyone can see your nipples when they're cold! The chest is really shaking, I use it for a really tight fit (may be an advantage for some)
