The packaging is simple and beautiful. I love cute packaging. I have long eyelashes but not thick enough for my liking. This mascara has so far added dramatic length and volume by making my small lashes longer at the base. I would recommend this mascara. I tried warm water and a washcloth to remove it. It didn't really work for me. I ended up using Cold Cream Ponds and this one came out pretty good. This mascara did not harm my sensitive eyes. I have oily eyelids and this mascara spread all over my eyelids. It sure is a bummer. During the day I noticed some chipping. However, it's not that bad.
