Powerful and Scary - Art supplies and tools

Okay this thing works great for us because we have well water with a filtration system. My showers, sinks and bathtubs turn an ugly yellow/orange color a day or two after cleaning. The only thing I didn't realize was how tough this material is! My eyes watered and I got spatters on my hands and didn't know it until I felt like I was on fire. The next day after washing the floor in the shower, it was white but looked dull and chalky. So yeah it works, but it's kind of a strong poisonous thing! I'm afraid to use it again because I feel like it might make me sick.
