
The scroll wheel gear started making noise, and after 3 months of office use, it broke completely. Revain's support consisted of asking me to power cycle it, remove and reinstall the battery, and then completely remove and reinstall the Windows mouse drivers. When I politely told them there was a physical problem with the mouse that the software wouldn't fix, they told me they wouldn't replace it and I would have to contact the manufacturer. "Revine" - manufacturer. After I kindly reminded them, they offered to replace it. I was then told there was no replacement available so they refunded me on the condition that I send it back. The old adage "you get what you pay for” applies here. I will use the credit to buy a better mouse.
