The one I received looked like new and had the original BorgWarner shimmer on the .
With upgraded valve springs and solenoids, this not only reduced my car's transmission noise (bad hum/click), but now shifts smooth and smooth. This is a common fault/problem with these Chrysler transmissions and at this price I would have liked to have done that last year. Definitely worth it. The one I received looked like new and had original BorgWarner castings on it. THANK YOU APT!
