I ordered this product because my hair is very thick and coarse so I can hardly feel the shampoo reaching every part of my head. I especially have problems on the back of my head where my hair is thickest. So far I use this product 1-2 times a week (about three weeks). It leaves my scalp very clean and I have noticeably less itchy and dry patches on my scalp. I wish the grip of this product was a little better, it can get slippery with shampoo because you only have to grip it with two fingers. It's easy to apply too much pressure, so be careful! The silicone tabs are a little harder and less flexible than I imagined, but they work. Depending on your hair type, you can definitely create a lot of tangles! Use short strokes, not circular motions! I loved it so much I bought another one for my niece (who is in that awkward pre-adolescent phase), it really helped her with her dandruff! ALSO - this price is great for what you get!
