The shower system was delivered to me within 4 working days of ordering! Other companies often take that long to enter your order into their system. When it arrived I thought someone screwed it up because all there was for the entire shower system was a small plastic mailer with some bubble wrap inside. After removing the chain, I found that all parts are in perfect condition. Ana Bath Systems come with minimal shipping materials to protect the environment. Installation was very easy and even teflon tape was included. Rubber washers were already inserted in all connections, protected by removable plastic plugs. The shower head has a rubber water stop. I used a wrench to lightly tighten some of the hardware but covered the hardware with a rag to avoid scratching them. There was a note in the instructions NOT to use both the rubber washer in the hose and the rubber stopper in the shower head. Each of them can be easily removed, but one of them must be used. The shower head has 5 jet modes that are selected by moving the lever on the head, which makes very noticeable clicks when you move it. The metal hose also has the same color finish as the shower head and head mount. Looks great! What impressed me about this company is that I mistakenly ordered an 8ft metal hose instead of a 5ft hose. I contacted Anna Bath to replace the metal hose, expecting to pay dearly for my mistake. Her response was prompt and very fair and my shorter shower hose arrived soon after. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend Ana Bath and her products!
