I've been wanting a folding cart similar to this one for some time, but held off because I wanted to get one that was bigger than average and that has wider wheels vs. the 1.5: wide ones found on many similar items. When I had the chance to test this cart out, I jumped on it and got the version with wide wheels (3" wide or so?). The reason I like the wider wheels is that my use for the cart takes me across grass and sand. Both of these are better crossed with wider wheels so that the loaded cart doesn't sink so easily.I was able to assemble the cart, which is really just unfolding it, putting in the removable bottom and then adding the wheels, in about three minutes. It comes with instructions on a tag stitched to the side, but I found them unnecessary. The attachment system for the wheels is SO SMOOTH! I am used to having to use a soft mallet or a good rap with the palm of my hand to assemble this kind of caster/wheel but this was not needed for this cart. The wheels just slide in, click in place and then stay. Really a quality feel to the whole thing.The cart navigates well and carries a good load across grass. Have not had a chance to go fishing at the beach yet, but I will. Also, it will serve to help carry our Hobie Mirage kayak gear when the water is far from the rig (no fun pushing/pulling a loaded tandem a few hundred yards).Rated for over 200 pounds, which I tested by getting in it myself. I am only 175 pounds, but it felt like I was not straining the cart. Your toddlers to kindergartners will not strain it either.When you fold it up, the bottom folds into a cover that keeps the unit compact. Lastly, there are D-ring tie down points on the upper edge of the cart for securing your stuff with bunnies or rope. Two oversized drink holders as well (bigger than liter/quart space).I highly recommend this cart.
