First of all I would like to say that I contacted Dave at RV Water Filters before purchasing and was very impressed with his customer service. Secondly. I've done away with the blue pill filter that most campers use when they get their new (for them) camper as that's all we know. This product is easy to use, makes a lot of sense and gives us the best water taste. For drinking, we also have a filter under the counter that filters even more so the drinking water always tastes good. The only reason I didn't give that 5 stars is that I noticed a small stain on the threading on one side. Not critical, but if I had bought it from a local store I would most likely go back and change it. BUT. This is installed and working great so I don't think this small defect is a problem at all. Knowing ALL the water is getting into your car is a wonderful feeling (especially now that we live in it!)
