Great product at a great price

and I'm very pleased . I was in a 500 calorie daily deficit for about 6 weeks and needed a little more than my pre-workout creatine. The product is definitely legal and works well. I take 3g/day; one in my morning protein shake, one pre-workout with creatine, one in my evening protein shake. I can definitely say. Increased energy and endurance and mild neuropathy for the first 20 minutes or so that you are used to it. In my opinion, this is the perfect combination with creatine as a pre-workout, and I've read many other opinions as well. I followed the advice that many people on the internet were saying that you should eat 3 meals a day and expect to gain even more since it's coming in about 2 weeks. (I've been taking it for a week) It doesn't matter, I'm very satisfied so far and if it gets even better great! In terms of bulk shipments, I've also ordered their taurine, betaine, and citrulline powders, if that's saying anything. Their products are genuine and very well priced. My only complaint is that they don't come with a spoon. I hope there is at least one of the other three bags I have. But hey, I have one from my creatine so it's good! Health.
