It was a good transition from sweet minty toothpaste to long term healthier toothpaste. At the same time, get ready for a less sweet product. Not as bad as my homemade attempts at spearmint essential oil. I'm used to more "whitening" but if you add a quick brush at lunchtime with this brand they get pearly without all the toxins :) well worth it! Mix this with activated charcoal and brush your teeth in the shower for as long as possible before rinsing off like a highly effective teeth whitener! * Showering is critical because of charcoal stains and it's difficult to walk around the house with black foam in your mouth. I also use the leftover charcoal paste on my face as a mint mask :) tones and purifies!
