Top 2: - Definitely lengthens the look of lashes and adds volume - My mascara (Marc Jacobs) wears off apply relatively lightly after application DriesBottom 2: My biggest criticism of the foundation is that it can remain very clumpy; Not sure if this is an issue with the product itself or with the brush, but now that I've used it I use a piece of cloth to remove some excess before application. I have a very hard time removing mascara when I apply it. use it. I usually use makeup remover pads and my mascara comes off fairly easily (it's not waterproof) but when I use foundation it flakes off and continues to flake off for days despite my frequent use of makeup remover. .Conclusion: This is my first time using a mascara primer so I'm not 100% sure about primers or this primer in particular. On the other hand, it's affordable enough to try out or just use occasionally for a special occasion. I recommend with little hesitation.
