I'm so glad I read the reviews. I have small feet for an adult, 8.5 inches or 21.59 cm. I usually wear size 4 children's shoes and they fit great. I almost ordered a 3/4 but one review said the size fits women's 7.5-8. You can also see from the pictures that they are very large. So I stuck to the measurements and chose the children's size 1/2. It fits my foot perfectly. If you have females 5.5-6 choose 1/2 NOT 3/4. They are good quality for the price.
