I read the comments, they say the cool eyeliner itself, waterproof, etc.
As a result, I spent it slightly hidden with my finger, smeared it, then washed it 3 times, didn’t wash it off completely, wiped it with napkins, didn’t erase it, and only then I rubbed it with micellar water and washed off
Bottom line: not worth the money (fortunately it was at a discount) not waterproof at all and hard to wash off
