Unfortunately, my experience with COOLLA, which I had high hopes for as an affordable solution to meet my fashion needs, was not particularly remarkable. I was thrilled to give it a shot, though. Although their garments are inexpensive, the quality is not even close to being acceptable. The clothing is made from inexpensive and fragile materials, which gives the impression that it will not last for very long. In addition, after only a few uses, the embroidery on some of the items I received had already begun to come undone. This was the case with some of the items. Another problem I had with COOLLA was that they only offered a restricted selection of sizes. As a visitor from another country, I was dismayed to discover that their measuring does not appear to be tailored to a more diverse clientele. Because of this, it was challenging for me to locate clothing that properly fitted me, which was very frustrating. Last but not least, the quality of their customer support left much to be desired. I had to wait a very long time for a reaction when I contacted the company with a complaint about an item that I had recently obtained. And when I did eventually hear back from them, their solution did not strike me as being particularly satisfactory. In conclusion, although COOLLA might seem like a good choice for shoppers on a budget, I would advise looking elsewhere for quality clothing that will last longer if you are looking to make a purchase. This online store is a letdown due to the low-quality materials used, the restricted fitting options, and the subpar customer service.
