We bought 2T for my son who wears 2T in all his pants. They are too long and have too much space in the waist and back. I have never seen a toddler/kids pant with so much room in the back/inseam. Very very strange landing. They are very soft and appear to be well made (although I haven't washed or worn them more than tried on) but I wouldn't order this brand again as they fit my little one.
