I like that it's easy for users to navigate through, as well as how customizable their dashboard can be. There are some features that aren't available in other platforms so you have to make sure your system has those capabilities before choosing this software over others. We were able to see all of our data at once instead of having to go back and forth between different reports. It also allows us to set up alerts if certain criteria are met which helps keep track of things from being overlooked or forgotten about.
