I am 5'10", 170+ lbs, and I bought size M. This waist trainer is wonderful for me so far. The initial reaction was that it was a bit tight but not too much, which I think is amazing because I can actually put it on but it would actually help. My movements were not restricted throughout the day at all, and I could feel immediately that my posture was improved while in it. Although I would have to wait for much longer to see if it actually helps, it is really promising so far.
