This product has been used for four or five days and after trying all possible methods it won't connect! We turned everything on/off about 100 times, the lights are flashing, we go into the app, it searches (slowly), finally nothing is found! Otherwise, the lights will stop flashing before the quest is complete and you'll have to start over! Tries to even connect her to Alex, another waste of time she finds, but says they're all offline. He tried to speak to a "support specialist". He just repeated what the app told me. When that didn't work, he asked us to send a video. Last we heard from them! We've spent over $2,000 on lighting and installation on the outside of our home and all we have left is clinically white lighting. not 16 million colors as promised!. and yes we switched wifi to 2.4ghz and yes at one point there was a lutron hotspot that asked for a password which we can't find info on anywhere. Don't believe the hype about how easy they make this sound.
