I am active and exercise often. I used to have to apply deodorant several times a day. No longer. I sometimes still have a slight smell after a sweaty workout, but less than other deodorants. I shower with mild soap, no scrub, and can leave without reapplying. At first I applied every day. Then I started skipping days. Now I have up to 3 days between uses and it still works. I will increase the interval until I find what is perfect for me. I noticed that the highest rated negative review mentioned that they expired after a month. You're using WAY too much if you're going out in a month. It may be less effective if you use too much. As the instructions say, you don't need much, just a drop of rain and it shouldn't cover the entire armpit, just about the middle. I suspect this helps balance out the natural oils and beneficial bacteria that other deodorants remove, so too much can defeat that purpose.
