Exactly like the picture. This skirt has two layers. As seen in the picture, the skirt is very sheer and ruffled while the inner lining prevents it from showing through and being too sheer. I'm so glad I read the other reviews so I didn't have to iron because I would have wasted hours. I just sprayed it from a water bottle once it was on the bed and the wrinkles were smoothed out instantly! Nice skirt!
