Good quality metal (3/5 stars). It's solid and won't warp or bend. As expected. Mounts are cheap (2/5 stars). It looks like some of them will pop out with normal/medium usage. Also, two key attachments are missing on one side. The opening/closing mechanism requires great care to open properly and not bind. As mentioned above, 2 clasps are missing, causing one side to open slightly and thus the other side to be stuck. You can't just open the drawer like a regular tool box, you have to gently pull the side with the right amount of latches. I'll have to buy some nuts/bolts to fix this. Overall the box would have been a good value had the fasteners been of better quality and none were lost. However, the lack of two makes it difficult to use without a light touch - something unneeded for a steel toolbox.
