It's easy to use - a fantastic product that does exactly what we need! Not much at all in my opinion- everything works perfectly well and we have no wish to change anything! Good service from their team too. I would like to thank Bespoke for working with us so closely throughout our development process. We needed a fully scalable system that was easy to use by our clients, without overcomplicating things. Thanks to the Bespoke development team, we have this! We are very pleased with Bespoke and continue to grow our business using it all the time. It has enabled us to do more efficiently than we did before and provide even better customer support. I like how easy it is to use, and how intuitive it is for customer service representatives. It's not very user friendly when you have a lot of reservations or are trying to get into the system from another application. For our business, we use this software to book our hotels and flights for our customers. We also use it internally to keep track of all of our reservations. This software has helped us greatly in making sure that everything runs smoothly.
