The product was easy to implement, even if I do not have much experience with networking products before this one. It's very easy to set up and get going quickly.It's great that it can use different data sources, such as from an on-premise datacenter as well as using cloud-based tools.I find that our support team is also able to assist us in any issues we may have using the tool. The reporting capabilities for monitoring are limited.But we will be looking into customizing more reports that address our specific needs. We had a number of challenges finding a solution where we could easily map all of our network interfaces, devices and IP addresses both inside and outside the DMZ.With Micetro, we had everything at the same place so we could see the relationships between them which helped reduce errors. Easy to use console for all services in our domain. It's not difficult to set up if you have experience with Cisco routers. The UI could be more intuitive. You must know how to use it well before using it. Setting this device will only improve security as we now can easily monitor traffic coming into or out of our network. We are able to block malicious websites without having to ask someone at the tech department.
