Ordered two of these cables to connect to the projector. The first line worked great, no problems. The second line does not work at all or only briefly. I've tried different connections and restarted devices to no avail. Whenever another line was put in its place, everything worked perfectly. The row in error is returned. Update: I sent the cable back and was contacted by a company who offered to ship it to me for free. I had already ordered from another company so they sent me one to use as a backup anyway. Changing my rating to 5 stars based on customer service and willingness to support their product.
