I have oily skin and an acne-prone face. I've tried countless different skin care products (soaps, essential oils, creams, etc.) and this is the only OTC product that works for me at any consistency. It doesn't dry out my skin too much and gives my face a clean, glowing look. I'm glad I tried it despite the mediocre reviews as it was recommended to me by a chemist who works for a major cosmetics company. I would recommend trying it out if you have oily skin (along with plenty of hydration and appropriate dietary changes if needed).
