This is a wonderful handheld massager. As someone who sits at a desk and types all day, I knew that a handheld massager could be beneficial, but I didn't realize how much of an impact it would have on my overall mood. I feel much calmer after using the massager and my back pain is also reduced due to the stress relief. It's a big device, but it fits almost all hand sizes. 73 I love how many different speed, heat and vibration settings there are. It can be customized to suit any need. I would highly recommend this handheld massager to anyone who needs a little pain/stress relief or just want to take care of themselves a little! First, it's a lot bigger than I expected. It's not scary and makes sense, but I have tiny hands so it's like the fact that I can adjust it to several different settings as well as heat and vibration. I struggle with wrist pain and while I haven't had an aggravation I imagine it would be really good. Two things to note: it feels really weird for the first minute, and then the compression feels so good. Also, don't use it before heading to a nice place. The massager feels good but leaves small dots on hands for a few minutes. Its worth it.
