I tried to leave a review for the seller but he didn't seem to "accept". So here is my review, written for the third time! The instructions were very easy and the assembly was quite easy in terms of power, you need power to tighten the wheels. The problem I have is that the seat is too thin, my butt hurt after 1.25 hours of sitting. Since I have to sit 8-10 hours 5/7 days, this is a serious problem for me. I put a pillow on it which helped but didn't solve the problem. I'm heavier, but well below the chair's weight limit. I won't be returning as it's just too much to think about taking it apart and figuring out how to pack it back up. I will not ask for a refund either as the chair is fine apart from the seat being too thin.
