I was eager to test out CosplayDiy because I enjoy cosplay and frequently purchase costumes and accessories online. Unfortunately, I have had a very bad encounter with this company. First of all, I was very disappointed in the goods' quality. The clothes and sneakers weren't well-made and didn't resemble the pictures on the website at all. Even worse, the damaged and useless jewelry and accessories I bought were delivered. I contacted customer support to ask about returning the items, and I received a rude and unhelpful response in return. They gave me generic answers instead of trying to solve my problems, giving the impression that they weren't interested. Overall, I would not suggest CosplayDiy to anyone searching for top-notch costume accessories or exceptional customer support. Consider other options to save yourself the trouble.
