Wow what a difference after watching the video. When I first received the product I was completely confused as to how to use it. I'm so glad I contacted the seller to let them know I'm not happy. After pleasant conversations with a representative, I began using my new hair straightener every day. I have long hair and it takes some practice. I haven't used it on very damp hair, it's not designed for that. The results are what I was looking for. Straight, straight hair looks shinier and fuller. Thanks Hiram for being so patient with me.
