Review on Batpower Charger Surface Microsoft Adapter by George Johnson

I really wanted to like this charger. It has everything you could want: a self-contained battery (if your dog nibbles on one of the cords, you only need to replace that part of the system), a 6-foot DC power cord, and a 5-foot power cord. this one has two USB ports for charging external devices, fast charging, you can buy additional adapters for car and plane, 18 months warranty. If it doesn't mean to force you to buy it, I don't know what would. The problem, however, is that I only bought this battery in mid-December and it swells and overheats. This could potentially start a fire in my daughter's room! I contacted Revane and they were great! I told them what the problem was and they tried to contact the seller on my behalf. When they couldn't reach them they gave me a number to call and it rang until the call got disconnected. I informed them of the situation and since neither of us could reach the seller, Revane arranged for a new battery to be sent in exchange for the broken one. Revain is the best! I will update my review once I get a new charger and use it for a while.
