My son is in kindergarten and needed snow boots. We live in MT so the first snow was in September. He likes how soft they are and how warm they are. They are so nice that he actually will ask to wear them instead of being forced to wear snow boots. They keep his feet dry while playing outside and are tall enough that when he goes into deep snow it doesn't go in the boots. I went with a size bigger than he usually wears as he's growing and I wanted them to last the winter. He's used them as needed for three months and they are holding up really well.
