Big but small is the best decoration
I know it says size, but until you see them inflated with helium (which isn't very good for that, by the way), they only seem small. Took them to Party City to blow them up and make a bunch of balloons and they looked amazing with more 12 inch balloons. I wanted more middle elements, but it still turned out well. HOWEVER they don't retain helium well because they are so small. They all lost their flight within 2 hours. If you want to stick them on a stick they are amazing, if you want to blow them up buy more
