My husband put it together for me. He was very impressed with how everything was packaged very carefully. Instead of a bag full of tiny parts, each part was in a separate section and each section had a perforated portion of the bag for easy opening. The components of the stand itself are heavy and strong. The only problem we had was that the socket for our TV was right where one of the support brackets went - downright bad planning on the part of the TV manufacturer. He used a dremel saw to cut off part of the mount (still seems more than strong enough) to make it work. In general very satisfied. I don't need a lot of flexibility and won't be moving my monitor often, so I didn't include that in my ranking.
