So I'm not a typical customer. I inspect everything I buy with a 1000 lumen flashlight. Glad I did it this time. I found some water at the bottom of the cup. It was either used or kept in terrible conditions. As well as tons of microplastic dust. I bought this from Grayl, not from another seller on Amazon. I think they may (presumably) send returns as new products. I ordered twice and saw signs of wear. They either need to fix their packaging/storage. Or stop shipping used bottles that have been returned. If I hadn't studied it so carefully, I could have easily started using it. So disappointed. No doubt the product is good as long as it is new. Really durable and strong.
