In short, DO NOT BUY SUPPLEMENTS IN THE MIX, or in the mix in general. It doesn't list the milligrams of each ingredient, it just says "VEINZ CRAZY GOLD MIX", which doesn't give you the dosage information for each ingredient. 4 main ingredients: Beta-Alanine, L-Citrulline, Agmatine Sulfate and Caffeine. These are all good ingredients to include in a pre-workout. But each of them should contain around 3-6 grams to really have at least some noticeable effect (caffeine aside). And one ingredient advertised is caffeine, and that's 400mg! That's over 4 cans of most energy drinks! This is why a lot of people say they get a good pump because, honestly, that's a dangerous amount of caffeine in one go, but that's about it! Muscle endurance, performance increase, delayed muscle fatigue are not really there because the dosage is too low. It's immeasurably cheaper to just buy caffeine pills when all you need is caffeine. If you really want to benefit from a good pre-workout, look at the ingredient count and make sure the gram dosage is at least double that per serving!
