There are so many car care products out there that it's easy to get confused and overwhelmed. To make matters worse, there are tons of internet experts out there and they all say that one brand or product is the best and you would be crazy to consider anything else. The truth is that there are many products that can give you great results. What I love about the Chemical Guys system is that they have a complete package of products that work together, as well as a great set of tutorial videos to get you started. So the Arsenal Builder set was a great way for me to get back into the game with a wide range of the most used items at a very good price. I think the results I've had with this system speak for themselves. The foam cannon is the heart of the kit. It connects to a standard garden hose and quickly applies a generous layer of cleaning foam to your car. You have to get your expectations right, it won't give the same results as a pressure washer foam cannon, but the results are more than enough for an amateur like me. Some people have commented that the quick connector can leak, but I haven't had this problem. The included car wash works great and smells fantastic too. In fact, all the cleaning chemicals included do their job well. I especially liked the Butter Wet Wax, which is quick and easy to apply by hand and gives a great shine. Full disclosure, in addition to the products included in this kit, I used Chemical Guys Blacklight Glaze and V07 Quick Detailer. Another plus is Chemical Guys customer service. The wash bucket mud flap that came with my kit arrived damaged, but Chemical Guys made sure to send me a replacement right away. Maybe there are better products out there, or at least products that work better for certain applications. I've found the Chemical Guys system to work well for me. I can get great results with moderate effort and wise investment.
