Pretty sure they were used
The box was crumpled and taped shut. The shoes also didn't look new as there were some minor scuffs on the plastic. They also had no cloth, usually in new shoes, and they didn't smell like new. Refund for my money back.

- This product was listed as new...it was a 'demo item', obviously worn and used...overpriced and NOT NEW
