PRO: If you want a disco light that lights up the room like a club then this is your choice. It's small, portable, and the light fills the entire room with color and movement. I bought two lamps and put them face to face and they fill the space beautifully. Lights move to the beat, multiple colors and movement patterns. CONS: The suction part at the bottom keeps opening even on a flat surface. I suspect it's due to the heavy traffic when the lights were on for a few hours. This item has fallen SEVERAL times from the height I placed it at. Also, you can sometimes hear the engine when it's very quiet, but I always have music on when it's on and that's not a problem. Finally, I have LED strips and the receiver for this remote is near my light source. If I point the LED controller at the receiver, it also affects the light from the disco ball. It's quite annoying when I'm aiming for a certain atmosphere, but it's more a problem with the laser technology than a problem with the light itself. GENERAL: Get it! Get 2! It's cheap and does a great job. I believe there is a cheaper version on Amazon but without suction. But in any case, you'll have to fix the lights if you want them to shine and not fall off.
