I don't know what kind of last they use for their shoes but english people should have bigger feet lol. This is perfect for me, I like wearing slightly thicker padded socks and these lightweight shoes are great for everyday wear. The style is simple and casual, pair it with khaki pants or jeans. Nothing fancy, just perfect simple everyday style. Oh yes, and the shoes always run a bit larger than most American shoes, if you don't like that, you can try half a size smaller. I would try on a pair in the store before buying to compare and then you'll know if you like the size of the Clarks or not.
