Review on OptimalERP by Niranjan Reynolds

I like the ability to set up multiple versions of the same product. This allows the user to customize the view for different departments, while keeping the data all in one place. It's easy to use, and it works well with our plant floor software as well. The customer service is also fantastic. There are some slight issues with the reporting features, but this can be remedied by customizing the report options. We have been able to streamline processes, and make sure we are working on the right item at the right time.
