All this was visible using CommView. That is, in fact, this router has a problem in automatic channel selection - either it does not work on this TP-Link, or it does not work correctly. Autosearch should scan the air, when a channel is busy, select a free one. As a result, I spat and spent money on the ZyXEL Keenetic Giga II - after changing the problem to this router, no matter how it happened - my Wi-Fi coexists perfectly with the neighbors and the connection with the devices does not break even when removed to the farthest part of the apartment.
