Just before I got this I had a serious hair lift to get a permanent purple color. Even though my stylist was gentle and careful, the hair still stayed dry. So once I got it I started using it religiously every morning and evening. It's not what the bottle says, but I took it because my ends drank it and it helped my hair look and feel healthier. Another big plus is that it didn't make me super fat overnight. My biggest concern was that this product would make my hair terribly greasy. This product has a light scent but I find it pleasant and not sweet at all. So if you have very dry hair or your hair has changed a lot like me, this product is a must have in your personal care routine.
