I bought the smallest and it didn't fit me. I didn't think my feet were weird enough to not suit me, but I think so. I'm a size 7.5 and have a slightly wide foot. I also have big calves (I was very athletic before the injury). I injured my ankle and pulled some ligaments in my foot and needed a boot to steady it. This boot was very light, which I really liked, but my foot was too small for the smallest boot. The pump seemed to work very well, but even with all the pads that came with it, I couldn't get it to line up properly. The support for my ankle was not enough and ended up being useless to me. However, it was such a well made product that I considered keeping it should I need it in the future. but it's kind of ridiculous. I was sorry to return it, but I really think it's a wonderful thing if you can get your foot to fit it.
