Works well for my purposes

I used this tool and one of the valve stems that came with it to replace a leaking valve stem on my cultivator wheel. That worked well and a new stem could be mounted with the tool without any further problems.

Pros

PROTECTIVE DESIGN - The knurled steel on the handle is designed to increase friction and ensure safety when in use. The rubber buffer is intended to protect the wheel and rim from damage. 12.6 inches long to provide more force needed to remove thrust valve stems with less effort. This puller and installer is definitely a good helper for valve stem replacement.
