The bag has a nice aesthetic design and the material is great as usual. However, the FUNCTIONAL design is just terrible, which makes the bag almost uncomfortable to use despite its positive characteristics. main problem? HOOK/CLIP to open/close the bag. The only thing about the bag - besides the strap - that you should use most often is painful to use. The loop that the hook goes through is too small and the hook itself is very difficult to insert into the loop. I need 2 hands and it's still tricky as the widened part of the hook/clip gets stuck in the loop every time and you have to hold both the hook and loop with the right amount of force to use the damn thing. . I was very excited when I received the bag as I've heard good things about this company. This bag is very disappointing and a waste of money. Durable but unusable. Returned immediately.
