Review on π Sulky King Metallic Thread in Christmas Green: High-Quality 1000-Yard Sewing Thread for Sparkling Holiday Projects by Doris Tran
The product description says it works fine with sewing machines and overlockers, but it doesn't!
It does not stay wound on the spool and loosens until the thread is scattered everywhere and finally gets caught in the upper thread and the upper thread frays and breaks. All Sulky Metallic threads are beautiful and look amazing on my finished products, but I decided I couldn't afford to keep winding the needle thread and bobbin. With a napkin I usually have to do this 3 or 4 times and it takes too long to get worth it no matter how great it looks when finished.
