These shorts really are skin-tight. They have a weird texture though that I'm not sure how to describe, it's very smooth yet plasticy. not bad, just not "buttery soft" like some reviews said. I'm usually an 8 & ordered an 8 - fit perfectly. Size up if you're between.They would make great shorts to wear under a dress since they're so skin-tight. but for that I'd prefer a white or tan color, so they're being returned. Originally I ordered them for the gym, but despite these 5" ones being seamless in front they still gave me a camel-toe. worse than my other shorts with seams. Other than that no complaints. They're squat proof, didn't ride up, and made my butt look nice. Roll of the dice if your biology wears it better than mine does.
