Bad quality. I don't know why there are such reviews. Arrived with a broken tip of the pointed tweezers so it won't grab hair and the other 3 won't line up and won't grab thick or thin hair. It's so disappointing when there are 4-5 star reviews that it's almost like reviews of similar products have been combined rather than an actual review of that particular brand/tweezers as they are all very similar despite the brands are different. I should have known better because they are so cheap and actually expected a professional quality product, totally my fault for not following my intuition. I'm ashamed that I don't live up to my motto "buy well or buy twice". , I already requested a refund literally 10 minutes after opening the package and trying them.
